Shipping & Processing Time

We deliver to East & West Malaysia for a flat shipping fee.

All orders are processed for delivery within 3 days, and an additional 3 to 10 working days to reach you via our shipping partners depending on your location. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

Please bear with us and our shipping partners should there be a shipment delay relating to COVID-19 and government orders. All shipment notices as announced by DHL eCommerce can be found here. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. East Malaysia orders may take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

Pre-Order

Pre-orders are early access to our products before they are launched. Once your orders are placed, please allow 3 weeks for orders to reach you.

Refunds & Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to process returns and refunds after purchase.
